Accommodation

We would like to inform you that the meeting organizer does not provide accommodation for conference participants or cover accommodation costs.

Although the Plant Meiosis Meeting will be held on the university campus in Morasko, approximately 10 km from Poznań city centre, we recommend staying in the city centre. The campus is easy to reach by fast tram, and the journey takes around 15–20 minutes. A voucher for free public transport is included in the registration fee.

Due to the DREMA trade fair taking place in Poznań on 8–11 September 2026, participants are kindly advised that hotel rates in the city are expected to increase dramatically during this period due to high demand.

Accommodation in selected hotels has been secured at guaranteed rates, ensuring price stability irrespective of market fluctuations. Participants are strongly encouraged to make reservations at an early stage in order to ensure availability.

For this purpose, you can use one of the many popular accommodation search websites, e.g. Booking.com.
Please remember that September is a month with increased hotel occupancy. Therefore, to get good prices for accommodation, you should book them immediately.

Student House “Meteor”

We offer you affordable accommodation in the “Meteor” Student House at a very convenient distance from the place of the congress (just 5 minutes on foot).

Price of single room 60,00 EUR / night / person (with breakfast)
Price of double room 50,00 EUR / night / person (with breakfast)
